So you wanna become a staff member huh? well first you gotta apply. Down below will be pretty much your duties depending on what you apply for, also how many positions are available.
Admin~ Admin pretty much means you own part of the forum. your in charge of coming with ideas and taking charge of them. Also you get all the responsibilities of the positions below when necessary.(2)
In order to become an admin you must really prove your trust here and have the initiative. you can only become an admin from being a mod.
Mod~ Mod's also have the jobs of both NPC puppeteers and app checkers. However also they are in charge of helping out with events, and keeping the everyday drama to a minimum.(3) In order to become a mod you must prove that you are good at Rping and have experience app checking here, as in you must be an app checker before apply for mod.
App Checker~ App checkers are in charge of, well checking and tiering apps. Along with providing the hidden potential. (3) Being an app checker is pretty easy to get, you must be on the forum for quite some time and have generally good apps. I'm not saying perfect, but apps that give the staff minimal effort to help fix and balance. Also you must have a good track record as a member.
NPC Puppeteer~ NPC puppeteer's are controlers of rather major NPCS, while you can harmlessly control civilians and such, Puppeteer's must create balanced simple npc's on the spot in events, tier ups, heaven's arena, ect. along with side characters in the hunter exams. (3) Another rather easy position to apply for, you must be a member for awhile and prove that you RP well without metagaming and godmodding, or having issues with staff during so.
For App Checkers~
When app checking, only an admin is allowed to call "dibbs" on an app.
