Nen Rules

Now that you have a basic understanding of Nen, some things need to be balanced for the purpose of a fair RP exprience. Here are the rules.

1. Obtaining Nen; Nen can only be obtained through three ways. Either you are the Lucky S.O.B. who learned it themselves (Extremely rare, possible to never happen), Have another person's character teach you, or pass the Hunter exams. Passing the hunter exams will grant you an NPC who will teach you it through Role play.
   
2. Conjuration; The cost for conjuration will be a constant thing to deal with. Those costs are to be decided by the App checker, however if they are to heavy or to light, a moderator may become involved.
   
3. Manipulation; Similar to Conjuration, however the skill to manipulate humans must always come with an out (something the human can do to break out of it) Also the risk must be quite high, to be determined by the app checker as before, and may be changed if moderators or admin deem it to strict or not strict enough.
   
4. These rules may be changed at any time
   
5. Nen Types can only be selected once per character and will not be changed unless extenuating circumstances happen, or a special item is purchased to change the Nen Type. Staff approval is needed.
